The elves are working around the clock in three shifts to make sure every single wish comes true. We've even had to expand Workshop Building C to accommodate all the new teddy bear production!

These books are connected to Santa's magic! As children read, the stories adapt to their interests and dreams. Every child gets a completely unique adventure tailored just for them.

What I love most about this time of year is watching all the elves come together. Tinker is humming while she assembles toy trains, Sparkle is giggling as she tests the new joke books, and even Grumpy (yes, that's really his name) has a smile on his face while packaging the musical instruments.
The workshop is more than just a place where we make toys - it's where we put love, care, and a little bit of magic into every single gift.
